CTD When Trying to Add Scenery

Okay, I am stumped.
I have one install, my MTO, that will not allow me to add DEM mesh, or any other scenery for that matter. When I hit the Add button, CTD everytime.

I can do everything EXCEPT Add. Now, I have uninstalled, reinstalled CFS2, leaving all of the missions and aircraft in place. Still cannot add scenery with the Add button. Still CTD.
Any ideas how to fix this without completely removing and starting from scratch?

If you send the scenery.cfg file to me, I'll see what I can do.
 
Okay, I just did a brand new install from the CDs and went in and tried to add scenery. The pristine, unadulterated install will CTD when I hit add scenery.

What is going on?

I have your scenery.cfg files and will e-mail you tonight. I have a few questions I need to ask you. I'll fire it off to you tonight.
