custom airport?

can a custom airport be built for MSFS? or is it a long process?..or whatever? id like a "make believe" airport,private,made for me at soldier summit utah.

I have already built five that did not exist so yes it is possible. The process is quick if you use stock objects.

is there a program i need to get started?..or is it a part of MSFS? i have no clue how to do it..

It's all included in MSFS but you need to install the SDK. You can do it from within the sim by activating developer mode.
