• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I think I missed something. All though this thread is in Prep3d V5 this model isn't compatible or a least it isn't on mine.
It looks good on the screen shots. Nice work

I've redownloaded the base model and patch and reapplied and I can see the preview at startup but the sim crashes at 100%

Could be the windshield.dll causing the CTD. The original version wasn't compatible with V5. Try renaming it to windshield.off and see if that works. If so, you'll need to get the updated file from A2A.

Have converted also my "The Squirrel" to the PBR version of the C-47.

The USAAF '42-100971' (6E -B) as she looked during Operation Market Garden.

She was named 'The Squirrel'. This historical repaint is inspired by 75th commemoration of the Allied drops into Holland, September 1944. The chalk number '3' depicts her paradrop mission on Sept. 17th , 1944 into DZ-N southwest of Groesbeek.

The PH-PBA still flies today with the DDA Classic Airlines, 75 years onwards. For more info on DDA Classic Airlines visit there site: https://www.dutchdakota.nl/en/home/
