'Damage Found In Vettel's Chassis Evident In Spain & Monaco'

That really does explain a lot ...Vettel was distinctly lackluster in the last two races.

The Australian commandingly won the past two grands prix from pole position, causing experts to wonder how his highly rated teammate Sebastian Vettel is being momentarily put in the shade.

Interesting that there's absolutely no mention of Vettels defective chassis.....But judging by the entire season, I'd say the chassis had more impact on Vettel than tires...

Too early in the season perhaps and FWIW, the 'damaged chassis' can't have been that bad, Little Sebastian has been quick early on but faded over a race distance...... faded being a relative term in his case.
Another three rounds on before I'd be making judgements.

I hope Webber can beat Vettel this season and take the title! Vettel is ten years younger than Mark and he still has a long F1 future ahead. Mark's getting near the end of his career already; if he wants to win a title this year will be his best chance.

I'd also like to see Webber take it, although Vettel is the quicker driver I suspect.
One important thing has happened which may help Mark:
He has experienced the winning feeling!
Nothing breeds success, like success...

It wouldn't really surprise me if Vettel had some damage. Sure is a fast driver and very aggressive at times. Sometimes I think to aggressive with the machine...someone should remind him they are not indestructible.

First Schumacher, than Senna and now Vettel; looks like the designers maybe underestimated the extra load from the full fuel tank? Seems the clean drivers like Webber and Button might have an advantage this year.
