Relax Collin
I have not installed FSX..doubt that I will because my system will most likely not run it at any accepatable level of detail. I am quite content to stick with CFS2 and FS2004....both of which my system can run full force with the highest level of detail.
The Dark Side becons...but I ain't answering.
Now, when Jeff finds the disks to LOMAC (Lock On: Modern Air Combat) and brings them to me, you can bet that that puppy is getting installed and used!
Mainly, I am looking forward to using the Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar set that Jeff gave me. Just need to get a set of rudder pedals, then I will be in business. Not sure what Jeff paid for the set, but the current price is still over $200. And he gave it to me.
Now, if I could just convince him to let me drive his Mustang once he gets it done! He's dropping a turbo charged 351 CID V-8 into what started out as a 6 cyclinder model (the motor is being built by one of the big racing engine shops out West). Full on racing suspension on all four corners, over sized brake rotors with 8 piston calipers on the front, 6 piston calipers on the rear, a custom made body kit for ultimate aerodynamics and downforce, custom geared "clutchless" 5-speed tranny, carbon fiber components inside and out. Don't know how much money he is dumping into this thing, but I know it is A LOT!
