David Molyneaux Walrus goes Steampunk

Well here's some 'close to done' progress shots of my steampunk inspired repaint for Dave Molyneaux's gorgeous Supermarine walrus. After seeing Matt was doing 'normal' blank textures, I decided to focus on something I was better at... Well, I hope you like them, I plan to upload it when done, Any suggestions or ideas are more than welcome... still not sure how to add to or perhaps enhance the wings... Kinda liked the 'ships sails' style, they're not done yet, so i'm open to ideas.

nice, i like it, just don't fold your wings in water, you're likely to topple over being top heavy

Well the floats are sideways at the tail so it kinda keeps her upright... its so she can be rowed into her pirate cavern base! thanks Matt

i re-read that after i posted it and had a similar reaction... even saying "Ooh Matron!" i've really got to read what i type carefully.... i'll go sit in a darkened corner for half an hour

Don't see much "Steam Punk" in FSX. Would like to see your treatment on pilot clothing/head gear (if there were pilots on this one)!

I like it. I'm not sure what more you could do with the wings that you haven't already done.
