Is there such a plane available for FS9, I am of course refering to a DC-3 fitted with Turboprops instead of regular engines.

In a word, no (but maybe?)
There were two turbine DC-3's . the Conroy Turbo 3 with RR Darts and the more common and recent Basler rebuilds. Some discussion has gone around about a possible BT-67 but so far it's no-go

I've heard this saying before, so I'll quote it here:

"The only replacement for the DC-3 is another DC-3"....with turboprops I would add here.
