Default FSX Maule Orion Help

Walter

Charter Member
Hi, guys!

I need help... yes mentaly and in the flight sim... :icon_lol:

Anyways, I was flying the default FSX Maule Orion out of Innsbruck, Austria, and I kept trying to set up a quick flight using the autopilot. Every time, after about five minutes, the engine would shut off, and the plane would stall out and crash. What's making that happen? If it matters, I was flying at dawn, during winter, and my weather was set to Winter Wonderland.

Many thanks,

Walter

If you're flying in winter, make sure you have your pitot heat and carb heat (H) turned on. Also be sure to lean out your mixture above 3000 ft.

Thanks! I only had one of those correct. I had the Pilot heat on. Now it flies great!

Thank you sooo much!

Walter :icon_lol:
