how would i be able to exchange my PH3 dvd for a working one. When ever i try to install PH3 on any of my computers it gets to file "menumusic3" and says that a error occured and asks me if i want to ignore or retry. If i click retry i end up with the same message and if i click ignore every file after has the same issue.
:help:So what are my Options?

i just took it out of the package so its pretty clean
ty for the link

OK sorry for the disappointment hopefully they will be able to sort you out.

Jeffsworld,

I had a similar problem when I tried installing my copy the first time, I have 2 DVD-RW drives and sometimes drive D will give a cyclic redundancy check on a disk, but drive E will install/load it fine.

So if you have 2 drives try both of them, it may not help but I spent 10 mins tearing my hair out before I remembered the problem, as it only happens when I put certain disks in the drive.

I hope this helps.

Thanks

Hey Jeffsworld,
Try copying over the files before running the setup files maybe? See if you get the same error.

Good luck,
-David

I only have one drive, i have the same problem when i make a .iso or copy the cd files directly to the hard drive, so i have no clue on whats wrong.

Best to get it replaced as you say you tried it in other PCs too.

Sorry to hear about that Jeff- yes simply ask Avangate for a replacement - that will be the best.
