Destroyable Barrage Balloons

Does anyone have barrage balloons that can be destroyed by shooting at them? I'm writing a few WWI missions for CFS2 and the only balloons I have (barrage balloon 150m and 90m) can not be shot up.

Not to contradict you, but actually, they do. You just have to aim carefully and get pretty close.

You're right Rami. Shooting them with ALOT of rounds helps too. But I need them to be destroyed with only a few rounds (Sop Camel doesn't have alot LOL) just about wherever you hit it. Is there any way the DP file can be edited to make it easier to destroy?

you really should try Aerocrate's observation balloons. There are similar balloons with french, German and British markings to shoot at, and when hit enough they go down in a very impressive and realistic way. http://www.aerocrate.com/French.html

Got the new DP files installed and they worked great! Thanks again for your help and thanks again to Rami for steering me in the right direction as always!

And by the way Rami, if you think my bark is worse than my bite you should fly against me online sometime! LOL Just kidding but there is a place for online CFS2 if anyone is interested. Its called Digital Blood Sports and it supports CFS1 and 2

I concur with Finn, Aerocrates ballons are great. Take up one of their fighters with rockets attatched, it can get addictive.

Wolf can you say if these arena areas for CFS2 are ever populated with other flyers? Just curious as I for one would love to fly online once again but it looks to be vacant so far. Thanks friend...

Unfortunately, the DBS CFS1 and 2 arenas are almost always vacant. That's why I've plugged them here a few times trying to get people in.
