Devastator payload mistery solved

I think you story "Time ago (years?) I asked info about Devastator payloads. I read that the TBDs carried three 500 lb bombs in the Marshalls raid, but I didn´t know how the bombs were arranged. Now it is clear to me": Would be good to be in July\August issue of the magazine.

A little OT here but..

2 of the pic in the first link do not look old but do look like new pics that have been Gray Scale-ed. Last I knew the only know surviving TBD were wrecks underwater but pic 4 and 7 even more so look like a plane under restoration....
 
Hi Trasno,

If you download the Overhauled TBD you will get a corrected DP file.
Also, a modified mark 13 torpedo just for the TBD.
