Dino's FSX F-35A and FPS readings ?

Good day,

I do not know if this have been discussed before but anyway I ask the question.

I just bought Dino Cattaneo's FSX F-35A and as a canadian I was very excited to
"PC Fly" the future of the CAF combat force.

But ...... is this F-35A too heavy on FPS ?

My FSX programm settings are all in the middle giving me an honest very stable
20 FPS reading.

For example here is a quick comparaison :

1.
Same airport, same weather, same hour, same general settings
2.
Lotus L-39C = a very stable 20 fps
3.
Royale French Navy team Etendard IVM = a very stable 20 fps
4.
Dino's F-35A = an unstable FPS reading from 5.2 to 9.3 max !!!!!

Can you help me to put it on a very stable 20 FPS ?

Is it releated to the superb detailed ( but FPS Heavy ) big screen
cockpit of the F-35 ?

Thanks in advance

Complement to my first message

I just check someting on Lotus L-39 and Dino's Cantanneo F-35 files :

All wings and fuselage files on Lotus L-39 are 1024 x 1024 / 1025 ko
All wings and fuselage files on DC's F-35A are 4096 x 4095 / 16,000 ko

Can I reach better FPS readings by reducing all F-35A fuselage and
wings files to 1024 x 1024 ( 25 % ) ?
