I made the purchase from their site but no down load given...Do they send you the download at a later date...form site down and no info pertaining to this on there site?

It should come as a link in the email you get from SWREG....near the bottom, under the heading "Download Information".

I had no probs getting it right away, maybe it depends on payment type though...i was using credit card.
