Lindsay is FREE! And rightfully so, because the underlying charges are all misdemeanors. Seems when she was busted back in 2007 and taken to the station and searched, one police officer pulled a baggie from her pocket and it fell on the floor. He picked it up and threw it in the trash can...
Then he thought, wait what is that white powder inside? Too late, the evidence had been compromised by his actions. (I left the editorialized comment out.) So no felony charge to pursue.
But the bail costs $30,000 to post, any rehab costs are to be paid by Lindsanity, she's probably borderline bankrupt having to support her enabling mother and siblings. Don't even get me started on the POS father...
