• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

They get some boopers every now and then. The one Flanker pilot stalled and started to slide out of the sky. Heard an 'AAAUUUGH!", but he recovered nicely. :costumes:

Stupid slow combat zone internet!!!! Streaming video is darn near impossible to watch. Do you have any idea if these will be downloadable or on YouTube (etc) ?

Looks like there are downloadble MPEG4 files available in their site under "Podcasts", fourth little blue 'window' down on the left hand side of the main page.

Okay. That MiG 29 demo was hawt! I loved the use of the flares, especially on that one vertical climb. :applause:

Frecce Tricolri Virtuali up next...

Is anyone other than me watching this with a bag of chips/snacks and a 6pack?...:costumes:

Yep. I have a mini-fridge in the computer room anyway. :icon_lol: It's freakin' -8 degrees here right now, with a windchill of -40. Not much else to do today.

You know, I think it's almost as good as a real airshow, only thing missing is the static displays. Plus I don't have to hike a mile and wait in line for a porta-potty. :costumes:

..Indeed it is..but i do miss the roaring and thundering of real jet engines..if they used those instead of background music(which is not bad, anyway) it could be a lot better (to an already impressive idea)...makes me wanna develop for LOMAC
