Tried getting this mission to work.
Can't seem to get the B25D Mitchell to fly without crashing.
Replaced the required files in order to use one or the other Ruptured Duck skin.
Using the provided air file does not work, had to revert to the original air file to get the plane and mission working but the plane still crashes on takeoff even with some flaps down and WEP on.
Any suggestions?

It may be the takeoff start in the ship cfg file.

Try these settings

[flight_deck_section]
; this section defines the control points the
; AI (and LSO) use to steer towards the flight deck
width=32
length=241
takeoff_start=-6,21,-115
takeoff_stop=0,21,120
landing_start=0,500,-5000
landing_touch_down=0.1920005,15.5,-101.536003
landing_stop=0.1920005,15.5,0

Here is a startup proceedure that may help.

While the mission is loading...

-Set Parking Brake.
-Start Engines ("E" Key)

After the mission has loaded...

-Wait a minute or so for the ship to get up to speed. Not sure if this will cost you any fuel at the other end or not.
-Set Flaps
-Set Elevator Trim, this you may want to have neutral, not sure.
-Throttle UP to 100%
-Release Parking Brakes.

If anyone has a better proceedure, chime in.

My "fix" might have to be done in MB, not sure....

Hit your shift Z key and see what speed your ship is running. If it isn't 30 knots you need to open the file in MB, AFTER DELETING ALL *.CDPs and change your ship's speed to 30 knots or more, save it and then go back to the mission in CFS2.
Then, what TheBookie suggested, I would change "takeoff start" to -120 in the ship.cfg. BE CAREFUL with this number. -120 might get you dropping into the water astern of the flight deck. If so, change the start point one number at a time until your main gear are sitting just forward of the stern of the deck.

Then, I would do what Blood_Hawk23 suggests and as you pass the bridge lower your flaps 10% and hit your "G" key to raise your gear. They will not raise until they clear the flight deck, but this avoids the delay of you trying to do it while flying your plane.

If all this doesn't solve the problem for you, let us all know and I will load a B-25 onto a carrier in MB and play around with it until I get it to work and let you know what works.
