• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Okay, what happened to the advanced reply window being automatic under a reply?

All I get now is that quick reply thing and no access to any emotes or or other options unless I have to click again for advanced.

Can I get my single click advanced reply window back please? :wiggle:

And here I thought it was just the computer I was using earlier that was messed up. Guess not since it is doing it on my home computer now as well. At least I won't let it drive me nuts thinking I messed IE up.

For the mean time, Snuffy, Use Reply to thread and click go advanced.

Ickie and CK are busy tweaking things and when everything is done, we will have a super cool stuff....

...as Ickie said:

.... Rome was not built in one day!
:)

Thanks for your patience everyone.... ;)

The quick reply option seems to come and go. Sometimes on, sometimes off...gremlins! LOL

In your user profile settings you can also select which editor you want to use with the full reply to post form (from clicking the "go advanced" button).
You can also select which attachment manager you prefer too. I'm getting used to the new advanced attachment window, but the simpler old-style one is still available as an option.
