This repaint represents Douglas A-20A Havoc 40 -146 "Daisy Mae" of the 89th Bomb Squadron, 3rd Bomb Group (Attack Group), 5th US Army Air Force, Dobodura, New Guinea, summer 1943. Daisy Mae was one of 41 A-20As received by the 89th in the summer of '42 as their squadron was forming in Charters Towers, Queensland, Australia.
