Download links broken

I think that at least one download link is broken. Can't download a repaint by Tom Stovall and get the message: "database error".

I checked Stovall's downloads and could not find anything obvious. :dizzy:

Could you please be more specific about which downloads you seem to be having problems with, so I can investigate?
