Downloads Error 404

Hello.

Trying to download new C47 for P3D v4.5 (PBR) (and other aircraft) I get an Error 404.
Download zip is zero in size.

Are other pilots seeing the same problem?

Good evening,

Just downloaded a couple of files, got no errors and all files downloaded as they should.

Try using any other browser and see what gives.

Another browser cannot download.

I finally seen this message:

You do not have sufficient download allowances available at the moment
Allowances: 100 files/12 used, 2.00 Gbytes/1.83 Gbytes used, 5.00 Gbytes uploads/0 bytes uploaded

Can this be fixed?

Also, my usage (login) is SOH dot com not the SOH dot net . Am I supposed to be able to log into each with the same username / passwors?

Mark,

Thanks a lot for your help.
Much appreciated.

Note:
I can download from other sites e.g., Navigraph without problems.

Martyjr,

The problem sounds like that the file size of that package pushes you over your download allotment as a members + of 2,0GB in downloads per day. It doesn't have to be exact, getting close to that tripwire can sometimes set it off.

If you wait for several hours and try again, it should work. I usually can fix this by going into the admin panel at home and reset the counter manually, but since I am in Minnesota instead of Massachusetts, I only have my laptop with me. I asked one of the other administrators in our forum to provide me with the password, but I'm heading into St. Mary's Hospital at the Mayo for surgery about 10:15am CST, so if I can't take care of it by then, you're have to wait until the counter resets automatically, or I can fix it tomorrow.

Rami,

Thanks for the reply and help.

I just tried to download now but it still does not work.

I just get an "http 404 error" instead of the download ZIP file.

It's your download manager mate. Download through the browser itself.

Download managers can be useful if you're downloading a lot of files at the same time, but they're not for all of us.

404 errors mean that the page cannot be found. in other words, your download manager is not configured in the right way.

Thanks for the solution. Much appreciated.
It worked. I did two downloads from SOH now ok.
The download file for C47 (P3Dv45) was 183Mb and took 20 minutes (155Kb / sec).
The Download manager as configured now works with all my other sites e.g., Navigraph navdata, PMDG downloads, Orbx etc.
