Hi Gents:salute:
I am here again with more problems, I downloaded the above mentioned pogram and opened a new campain, the first job was (as usually) destroying ships in water. Me and my Mustang takes off and soon I am out ower the deep blue ocean with absolutely no ships available to destroy but in the middle of the ocan I find a lot of enemy installations such as tanks, dog in infantry,and god knows what. In my frustration I attak these enemy installations but would like to obey the command of destroying ships. what is wrong? Can any assist?

Actually, I think - THINK! - there's a landclass problem. Perhaps someone can confirm this?

It is not the first time that I installed this program, same story all the time, also at my old P/C running Windows XP and now at Windows 7/64. It must be somebody in cyperspace who has this program with or without the same problem:salute:

Sorry for bothering you, I opened DPC's weppage and saw that it was so that the ocean was in fact with shore installations,just the ground colour is blue, however it is mentioned that ships should be available in mission mode but I cant find any despite there is plenty of ships in the sub-file for ships. Now when I come back (I have to interrupt the mission) I got a pile of **** on my neck for not fulfilling the mission task. I do really understand that serious campaign makers can make such crap.:frown::mad:
 
have you ever tried to build a campaign from scratch in CFS3? It's very easy to critic and much more difficult to build something for community.

Svend, please listen VERY carefully before something is said which cannot be unsaid. The DPC Korea add-on was a ground-breaking first in its day, the first new terrain anyone had ever managed to put together for CFS3. The process is extremely complex, and only one man has ever really mastered it - namely, Ed Wilson, whose first attempt this is. His second attempt was totally successful - The Mediterranean Air War add-on. That took some twenty or so of the most talented modders in CFS3 about five years to put together, and it is the only fully-functional new terrain that has ever been made.

Ed unfortunately succumbed to a protracted illness not that long ago. His name is spoken with awe, veneration, friendship and regret around here. We knew him well, and he was the only one who understood even a fraction of the process required to build new terrain. CFS3 is not simple.

So if I were you, instead of shooting your mouth off criticising someone who has perhaps done more for the community than any other single person, I'd ask why the DPC add-on is not quite perfect. And then somebody would explain gently and calmly without having to repress an urge to be nasty to you.

I am not good at repressing urges, so let me ask what you have contributed that allows you to criticise people who do their best and share it?
 
Svend, Yes there is somethings about KS that has problems. As ndicki sayed Ed "GroundHog" Wilson Made CFS3 and all the Expansions what thy are today. You may not have known this but you do now. I have only made one video dedicated to a single person and Ed is that Person.Take a look and understand the respect we and you will have for ED and his achievements.
In short, MR.Ed Wilson was the point of the plow in the expansions. So please don't find fault with what you do not understand.
