    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

DZIES designs Russian aircraft

DZIES designs has a number of Russian aircraft, AN-24 and AN-26 for example, that don't seem to be available for download.
I have tried the DZIES design and Avsim.su sites but with no luck. Can anyone confirm that this is the case of their not being offered ..?
 
Their Li-2 "demo" is available at various sites. Other than that, from what I can tell DZIES = Samdim Designs in some way. I know Dmitri Samborski is still around (worked on Majestic Dash-8 project) but I'm not sure what the state of affairs is for Samdim's Russian aircraft. I do know that the existing Samdim aircraft (An-24 and Tu-114) are available on most websites for FS2004. Some forum members here who are tolerant of port-overs seem to enjoy the Tu-114 in FSX, but other than the Li-2, I do not know of an FSX-native model from them.

There was some recent discussion on the Li-2 here. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the VVS (military) texture pictured in the thread in any of the downloads I'm seeing.

Thanks Sean, that I did not know. I have the Samdim Designs AN-26 but sad to say most gauges are not FSX friendly.

I saw a video of the Groza radar working in FSX but no source for downloads.
