Eagle Rotorcraft Embraer 120 Trim setting

When I saw the release of the Carenado Embraer 120 the other day it reminded of the rather nice freeware Embraer 120 that came out sometime ago by Eagle Rotorcraft. I pulled my copy out of the hanger , gave it a quick scrub, did the pre flight and took it for a spin and enjoyed every minute of it.

Quick question - Can someone familiar with this a/c give me an idea of the takeoff trim setting ( if required ) . I usually fly with no passengers and half tanks, as a rule my flights are short in endurance followed by a lot of circuit work, usually program summer weather conditions - VFR

Cheers
