Eaglesoft "support" forum

Hi,

I got the Eaglesoft Liberty XL2 - a really sweet plane!

However, I have a serious CTD with the EFIS cockpit variant and posted this on the dedicated Liberty support forum on 27th August.

To date, there has been no response of any kind!

I don't regret getting the Liberty because there is a Retro variant which works just fine and is plenty fun but I think they should manage to respond in a span of almost 2 weeks...

Is this usual for Eaglesoft? This is the first Eaglesoft product I bought.

No, it is not, and for that I apologize. Since I am the primary person responsible for the Liberty XL2 model and panel/gauge system, it is I who have failed in my duties.

Not as an excuse, but by way of explanation, for the past few months I've been undergoing chemo for non-Hodgkins lymphoma with the usual nasty side-effects. There are days when I simply don't have the energy to do much of anything.

I'll make a point to go find your report and see what I can do to help sort out the problem... :redface:

Dear n4gix.

thank you very much indeed for your response.

Hearing about your illness I now regret very much putting additional pressure on you for something as trivial as my Liberty issue.

Please just get round to this when you feel in form - getting well should definitely be your first priority now!

As I have said in my first post I am having lots of fun with the Liberty XL regardless,
so it is no hardship for me to wait for a bit!
