I hope this is the proper place for this post.

a few years ago I purchased several e flite manuals for various aircraft for creating aircraft for FS2004 and i am wanting to use them again to create an aircraft for FS2004 how ever the authorization codes i have for them no longer work i emailed e flight manuals asking for help. they told me they no longer use authorization codes and are unable to give me a new authorization code.:banghead: I own these disks and should be able to have access to them it seems that i am being forced to purchased them again i don't think this is right.:disgust:

does any body have a solution to my problem or am i just out of luck?

any help would be appreciated

Which aircraft are you looking at? I've got a few aircraft manuals on .pdf files that were free downloads.

It was here...but the service has been closed...

A site called Smart Choice... I think
At least you might want to chase down the title...

It would seem to me that if you can PROVE to them that you bought their product with a receipt or likewise, they should unlock a copy for you and send it to you in some file format that you can read.

FYI, when I buy anything payware, it is opened and the decompressed product is backed up on two separate 500 GB solid state drives. I haven't had to go back to anyone to get a repeat. You may want to consider a similar procedure.
