electrical failure

How can you keep the electrical system from failing. I have gone into Aircraft and failures and the electric system always is checked. I uncheck it start flying and after a few min. it will close down the electrical system again, go back into airctrift failures and electrical systems is checked again. Is there anyway to turn it off once and for all so that it will not keep setting it's self all the time?:kilroy:

Load your default flight, go into the failures section, turn off the electrical failures then immediately save the flight again, making sure that "save as default flight" is checked. That "ought" to do it, as it will then load your default flight with the failures unchecked.....notice I say it "ought" to.......

Another way, if its' just a particular plane playing up, in the aircraft.cfg
seek out this section and change it where I've indicated.

Code:
[electrical]
max_battery_voltage = 24
generator_alternator_voltage = 28
max_generator_alternator_amps = 160
electric_always_available = 0   [COLOR=red]// <-----Change to 1 for no electrical failure[/COLOR]
