This is the repaint for Dino Cattaneo's F-14D, VF-213 Black Lions. This bird is famous for it's lion nose art and was employed in 2001 aboard USS Carl Vinson. Chip "Biff" King, the Commander Officer of VF-213 said this about it: "The nose art was done by an airman in my squadron named Chavez. He was very proud of it. The Chiefs hated it, because it was a maitnance nightmare.".
