Thanks to the recent post by Richard concerning his FS project, I decided to explore his website. Alot of great stuff there, including - amongst others - this brilliant scenery as well as some sweet photoreal Swedish Air Force skins for Wozza' Mustang.

Great little airport by Erik Bjornwall, and includes seasonal textures.

Some screenshots from my Summer flight from ESMU to ESNK Kramfors, and a few testing out the winter environment at ESMU.

You really don`t get small airport scenery much better than these.
They are just incredible.

Very fortunately, my danish vfr maps covers a lot of SW Sweden, so a little practice visit from time to time. They are really great, and I most certainly recommend them :applause:

One small question for Flyboy208. How did you get that pilot with a skinhood in the P-51? I always get some kind of sportcap on my pilot
 
Aye it's the Alphasim model, I painted this scheme up a couple of years ago,as a request for a member of the sqn who flew the particular aircraft. Unfortunatly the underwing pylons are mapped too the fuselage for textures so they are the wrong colours.
 
Thanks for the headsup on the site. Lately I've found a lot of good stuff on Nordic sites and at the Russian version of avsim. I found a bunch of building textures,Russian and Finnish that when mixed up with the stock building textures gives a much more varied appearance on the ground. mid

After seeing what's available on that download site, I'm going to stick this for a while - lots of neat stuff there!

There is a small grouping of switches on the lower right hand side of the VC, click them all on to see your pilot wearing a leather helmet & oxygen mask.

Group of 4 switches, all white if I remember correctly ...
