• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Hello all,

I just got the installation pack for ETO 1.5. Have a few questions to ask:

Are there any videos that give you a walk through on how to install 1.5?

Is it a simple click and install update?

Is it really needed if you have 1.40 installed already?

no video's specifically for 1.5 that I know of.
Its pretty much a click and follow the prompts install.
1.4 over 1.5? 1.5 ads in new content to pretty much every category in game and refines existing files a great deal, locations, aircraft, vehicles, missions, etc etc If you like 1.4 you'll love 1.5

Definitely worth the install, then..can't wait!! Thanks all involved:)....sound a very thorough upgrade.
 
I am learning to make video's as I am getting this perfected I will have them for ETO 1.50 for all.
Still learning to do videos at this point in a few weeks should have this sorted out to make nice videos for the ETO team.
Leaning to do this is a effort, but expanding my experience with each attempt.
