ETO Campaign Problems

When I play a campaign mode in 1940 and start first mision, the simulator just kicks me out and quits every time. When I play in 1945, most times there is no target at all on the attack waypoint. Could a firewall cause this problem somehow? I have recently installed Zone Alarm firewall.

Do you run the "ETO Spawn Selector" to select the correct setup before you play a campaign?
