ETO Era 1: Strange BF 110 ground object at German airfield

Hi

I've started a ETO 1.40 Attack in the west campaign flying for Germany and I'm stationed at the Marx airbase.

The BF 110 ground objects looks as they are partly buried into the ground.

Is it possible to fix this?

Moling is a long known problem for some of the aircraft. One must have the mesh of the ac to fix. With no ac mesh, there is a work around and was demonstrated in Rising Sun, but it requires a batch file and the user must have other than a win home edition OS for it to work.

OK, that’s typical since I have win XP home edition.....

What does the batch file do?
Is it possible to do it manually and how many files are involved?

Could I perhaps copy the files involved and run the batch file on my work computer?

The batch file moves doctored (encrypted) .BDP files from a folder to to the individual static aircraft file folders located in the buildings folder. So 1st one must convert each moling aircraft to buildings. Next encrypt a doctored .bdp file for each aircraft. (Need to encrypt the file to keep sim from overwriting the bdp when the sim starts). So manually changing out the .bdp will not work without the encryption. That capability is not available in home editions.

I have uploaded to your folder on the team FTP the mole fix installer, which you could install to a dummy folder and see the operation.

If you have experience with hacking .bdp files you may be able to hack each aircraft .bdp file so that this work around is not necessary. Corrado was able to do it for some of the AVH aircraft, but his methodology has been lost.

Since the MAW Bf 110 shows up OK is it possible to replace some of the ETO files with MAW files?
