ETO Expansion: The Boston is great

:banghead:
okokok...
No way to do it, of course...thanks for the correction.

So I may presume there are no locking for the front wheels?:redf:

Hi Nonato,

No mate no locking on the Boston.

the trick to nice take offs with this plane is:

1. feed on power slowly, get her roling then feed on throttle for take off speed.

2. use the rudder to counter swing, gently does it though dont over correct.

3. use the differential brakes to help counter swing if the rudder is not giving full correction.

4. be patient dont try to lift off to early. let her have her space then ease the nose up, gently climb until full flying speed is achieved.

HTH's

regards Rob.

Thanks for your patience and friendly advice. Will do accordingly.:ernae:
Cheers

PS: is there a way to erase that message "tailwheel lock disengaged. Press shift+L to engage" that appears all the time when the landing gears are down??
