ETO Installaion prob

Hi Guys

Just discovered ETO and have installed v1.0 but when I reached Martin Wrights "MultiCFS3" porgramme I have got stuck.
I haver entered in the users name "CFS3 ETO Expansion" as stated in the docs but I get an error "Problem modifying file".
Can anyone offer me some help please. Is it possible that the prob is caused by Microsoft Vista ??

i am on vista and no problem
actually i didnt name it anything
i let it do its thing
where is your install,
in the c drive?

I am running on Vista as well. No issues.

Sounds to me like a rites problem. As in permissions. Make sure your account has admin status and then try running the install again.

I`ve installed it in a seperate partition H:\
but I`ll try your way to see what happens. Ig no go I`ll try

Hi Guys

Before I try uninstalling everything I would appreciate your further comments, please
tried without entering any users name and then started eto. Selected era OK
but when I selected the next got another error - couldn`t locate cfs3. Look like I may
have to reinstall :help:
Checked CFS3 iinstallation and every thimng is in place and running OK.

Any more thoughts ??

VISTA ..

one must make sure they .....go to control panel and seek out a folder called :

user accounts

open it and make sure you turn off -user account control , it frees up cfs3
