Looks like Rollus' freeware Mirage 2000?

I believe there are very few pictures from FSX inside. Only the EH-101.
The rest seems to come from LockOn or Falcon4.
And yes, Ange makes some of the greatest flying videos I've seen. I strongly recommend you to take a look at his other videos.
