Could somebody explain me or give me a website for the explaination of the CF3 Configuration.

I'm not sure if this will give you the explanation that you want for the CFS3 config and it is 4 years old now but here is the Com-Central tweak guide. Maybe it will give you a little of the info you are looking for.

Thanks but I can not read that com-central looks to me a funny Greek or one from the fromer USSR.
I'm more in for an explenation for all the adjustments, what is it doing to your game what is "Terain texture ring" or "D3D swapeffect_flip" ??????
There must be an explanetion about for all this???

I get some funny characters on that site where a plain apostrophe or quotation mark is called for, but the bulk of the text is legible. But if you're looking for an explanation of the adjustments, you need a Grand High Wizard, methinks, not me.
