External stores problem

Hello! I've just re-installed my Vertigo Studios F8F Bearcat (FSX-Acc- Windows7 pro - 35 GB RAM -3.30 GHz) and the problem is that some external stores
shows up but some others not (using the in-game 2d payload pop-up window) - I have the same issue with some others addons.
I've tried to uninstal and reinstall them but the problem is not solved. What do you think?

Are you using the FSX fuel and payload manager, or one that ships with the VS Bearcat? If the latter, it might be that you need the XMLtools add-on installed. I've had similar issues in the past.
