Eygpt scenery for fs9

I found some Egypt scenery on FLightsim.com by doing a file library search for Egypt. There is a ton of FS98 scenery for Egypt!

OBIO

I went through the 'Wayback machine' and it says 'micro payment' for the Egypt, no dice I fear. Also the Free Quebec scenery is blocked by some 'Robots.txt' thing on the owners request :(

I looked on Simviation for Egypt scenery...no dice. Will do a search over on AVsim after lunch...mashed taters, chicken and noodles and a nice green salad.

The Quebec scenery (ies) and Egypt mesh and landclass d/l OK from that site;
just the ancient Egypt landmarks/ruins don't.

IIRC 'Allopass' had (have) a problem with fraudsters; so many of their micro pay-sites
have been blocked by 'Google' and the like; its' not good reading but
more here on Allopass ----> http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/hpmp-allopass-bruxelles-c320485.html

thanks all for the help,hows the egypt mesh is it worth downloading?

This url should be stickied here, but if you are looking for freeware scenery of "anywhere," always check here since it has just about everything that's available.

Phantom - having kept an interested eye on this thread I downloaded the Egypt mesh (142 Mbs)
but I'm afraid I can't tell you what it's like. It uses an MS installer that refuses to install the damn thing unless you have at least 1024 Mb of free RAM on your system. I only have the 1Gb in total - obviously some of that is going to be in use at any given time. Maybe someone can let us both know what it's like !!

Walhalla.mine is the most astonishing scenery resource.
It is kept pretty much up-to-date as well.
On the odd occasions when I thought I'd submit a really out of the way scenery, they were already there.

If there's a flightsim gold medal for contributing, I'd like to see Robert-Jan Oosterloo get one!
