F-16 cruise settings, fuel planning

A few days ago, I asked for advice about cruise settings and fuel planning on the Aerosoft F-16 forum: http://www.forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?showtopic=20972

I haven't heard anything so far, which doesn't surprise me since it's hardly the most interesting thing about this model. So, since this forum specializes in military aviation, I thought I would give it a try here.

1. Generally speaking, if I want to plan a flight from, say, Edwards AFB (KEDW) in southern California to Whidbey NAS (KNUW) in northern Washington, what FL should I fly at, and what speed should I cruise at?

2. Does the real F-16 have a fuel page on the MFD? Until now, my only experience with jet fighters has been the Acceleration Hornet -- which I like quite a bit, and which seems to have more advanced computers than the F-16.
