OBIO was kind enough to rework Kazunori Ito's Starfire .mdl for me to incorporate reflective shine. I've done a couple of new texture sets for it and, if Kazu agrees, will publish.

Next time I'm in Burlington, I need to stop and get some shots of the one in the VT Air Guard Museum. The only thing they don't have an example of in the display is a Thunderbolt. The have one of every other plane ever flown by the VT Guard.

DaveQ --- attached are some pix of FA-623 taken on March 28, 2008 at the Pima Air & Space Museum. Your attention is directed to the port wing radome.

Looking forward to your paints.

Thanks for this Hawkeye. I'll see what I can do but I don't know if it was ever carried in service. Anyone else know?? Also the right wing has an open rocket pod not the usual covered one. My guess is that the cream cover depicted on most photos is a non-metallic protector that gets blown away when the rockets are fired. Again all information gratefully received
