F1-11 as diving attraction ?

In our local area in oz, some bright spark politician came up with a tourism idea to sink an F111 off the coast as a scuba diving attraction.

I'd rather put the planes in an air museum as Australia is phasing them out of service.

What say you ?

New episode of survior, coat the politician in hamburger and float him out in a lifejacket,of course I kinda feel sorry for the sharks.

Save the F-111 obviously.....:guinness:

Ok - as a PADI instructor, I'll speak up for all the divers (if any) around here. . . GOOD IDEA!

They've got lots of old, funky F-111's to spare ! Just make sure the canopies are open and the politician is firmly strapped in. . . !

:salute:

Time to put the politician in a museum ... and save the f111. :173go1:

True, save the F-111. But to put a politician in a museum would stink up the place. You think politicians whine now, I say use em all as gator bait. :d
