Not unexpected.
Marussia have been on the edge for some months and Caterham are dead and gone.
Refund?
Not going to happen as it is not the fault of the event promoters.
That aside, nobody really notices these cars unless they are being lapped or when they crash.
Speaking of crashing and Marussia, telemetry readings show the unfortunate Jules Bianchi suffered a 92G impact at Suzuka!
Sadly for him and his family he won't recover from that one, ever.
Marussia and Caterham are perfect examples of how not to go Motor Racing, one funded by a member of the Russian Mafia and the other by a very dubious 'Asian' character.
One small point that I find interesting to say the least, Caterham have be stumbling around the MotoGP2 field this season, all the while touting their 'probable' entry into MotoGP next year.
I guess they believe in the Tooth Fairy.................
