Excellent!! Thanks for the HU Rich. I just got this baby reinstalled so the new livery is very welcome news.:ernae:

Should have mentioned the carrier in the first pic is HMS Victorious circa 1942 before her refit in the US to work in the Pacific with the US navy who were very short of carriers at the time, there was only one I think.

Victorious is due for release soon and is also modeled by Skippy Bing

Very good Rich - i hope that A2A accusim this product one day

Well I must say this is rather unusual. I'm seeing a solid black prop disc on this repaint for some bizarre reason... any ideas? I've checked and everything seems to be in place, present and correct.

Chris,

Not sure why you get that, I didn't touch the prop texture it just uses the common one. It may be worth copying the prop texture across from one of the other paints, it's probably something to do with the fallback option set in the texture.cfg but it's easier copying one across.

I'm happy to see interest in the F4U for FSX. I hope that A2A will bring this up to their standards and give it the AccuSim treatment.

The screenies are ok so not sure/clue why you have a black disk, works ok for me, I am using Skippy's download as is.

This is great, thanks very much. As for the black prop, the texture.cfg points to the af_f4u_share folder, but there's no prop texture in there! Copying it across works fine. Anyway, lovely paint.
