Falcon BMS updated

Just noticed this a.m. that Falcon BMS is now updated to version 4.34. Hard to believe the basic sim came out in 1998 and is still more than viable to this day. Simply the most in depth and immersive military flight sim out there. Yes, I'm looking at you DCS. :wiggle:

https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/content.php You have to log in and unfortunately have an original copy of Falcon 4 to benefit.

You can get a copy of falcon 4 on gog.com for something like 10 dollars. It works fine with BMS.

DCS is cooking up a similar dynamic campaign system, so hopefully in the near future your statement will be untrue.

Good to hear, I love DCS. The main thing (actually the main thing is really the campaign whereby how well you execute a mission affects subsequent mission down the line) about Falcon is its longevity how many programs in whatever aspect can boast after 21 years they still work and work exceptionally well. I have MS Office 2007 and it falls over all the time. :biggrin-new:

Falcon BMS was one of the hardest combat flight sims i've ever played. Loved it. Now i'm into WWI and WWII combat flight sims but will give it another look. Been a couple of years since i played it but it would be a nice challenge. Now just to find the time ! Got it laying around here somewhere ... Thanks for the heads-up Regards,Scott
