Fall city, cub + one happy passenger until I attempted to land
Took a really pleasing flight around Fall city, North Bend and the local Mountains. WOW, I need to get up into these parts and explore with a road trip for real. I have been in this area plenty of times(real world) on the highway to destinations but never stopped and got off the road here to explore but I think the time has come to do it. I did get a chance to stay at the Salish Lodge right above the waterfall and had a HUGE breakfast there. Anyways, here are a few shots from the fsx trip with fall colors just starting to pop up here in the NW. O ya.....spotted lake Hancock just Northwest of Fall city up on the mountain with a clearing just to the west of it so put the cub down to impress Heidi. OUch, I put it down...nose down and broke the prop off and Fun Heidi was screaming!
