I don't think I've ever seen this before. This item was posted on flightsim.com for download:

FS2004 Polizei Blau-Weis Bo-105. A blue and white police helicopter. Textures only, base model not specified. By Tobias Bernbeck.[/SIZE]

As the text indicates, there is no base model specified, also, there is no readme and no FILE_ID.DIZ included. Somebody may recognize the Chopper and download it, but given the lack of info? Odd for flightsim too as they seem to look pretty close at the files that are uploaded, just seems like this one got by unnoticed.

Beins the repaint was at Flightsim.com I did a search for the Bo105. Viewing inside the file and if you scroll all the way to the bottom, the files have the same names as the repaint.
This may be the one it was created for. No idea as I don't have FS9 installed to test.

FS2004 Bolkow 105, registration PH-KHD, from Nederland. The model was developed with FS Design Studio Pro 2. The virtual cockpit is fully instrumented and all of the moveable parts are animated. You can make the doors open. Repaint and test by Ronald van Doorn.

My surprise was centered on the fact that flightsim.com has a long list of things they tell you to check to be sure everything is included before you upload. I've had files rejected initially because it didn't have one thing or another, so for this to get posted with nothing but the textures was just surprising to me that's all.

I picked up on the point made. I was bored. Saw your post, and the search began to finding a possible riddle is all :wavey:

I might be wrong, because it's been a while since I last used it, but I believe there is a FSX native Bo-105 freeware on hovercontrol, both military and "civil" variants.... or is it FS9 format too ?
