From what I've read pilots in need for a nap just use the floor behind the seats. At least on planes with bigger 'pits.

As long as one of them is awake and watching stuff, go for it. Those planes can fly themselves for 95% of the flight. If a nap helps them perform better during the remaining 5%, I don't see what's wrong with it.
