Dan,

I started some repaints and found a few small errors. Please look at the cockpit window frame. Part of it is now painted black instead of dark earth and green. Is the dark earth color right? It seems to be too dark!

That looks nice, anyone fancy doing some post war 'exotic' schemes? The French Navy had some nice white ones and the RAF also painted the aircraft due to move to the Far East in 1945 white too.
The shot below is preserved Lanc 'Just Jane' as she was when she arrived from the French in 1966.

Whatever happened to the patch, I still have that annoying 'moon' in front of my windscreen and a few other items that were being looked into?

The moon can be edited out with a simple texture fix.

The repaint above looks fantastic although it still has some of the legacy faults e.g. the inner surfaces of the tail fins have no national markings. The flying characteristics seem to go off after 20 minutes or so and parts of the VC just don’t work. All these faults have been noted earlier in the thread so I won’t go on here. I’ve been hoping for a patch for a while now, I wonder how much longer. Personally I’m disappointed at the obvious omission of the radial engined MkII and most of all the Tallboy modified Lancaster as flown by No 9 and 617 squadron. Still the base model is certainly promising and I think it’s worth risking a few pounds for.
