This virtual aircraft is modeled to represent FG-1D # N9964Z of the Commemorative air Force, an organization who through their dedication to preserving vintage aircraft, help keep history alive N9964Z rolled off Goodyear?s assembly line at the Akron, Ohio plant in 1945. It was originally assigned to NAS Alameda, Ca and was used for pilot combat training. Much of it?s career was spent training in various Naval bases throughout the USA. It was sent to NAS Litchfield Park ,Arizona for disposal...
