If you have ETO 1.50, check out ACC_fence_wooden. I you are looking to simulate a barricade, then you could also try ACC_BO_Hedgehog_01. If those don't work, then it wouldn't be too hard to make your own...
 
yup, fence wooden looks quiet good. It's a bit of work aligning those pieces together though!
