Finally, a company treating their employees nicely this time of year!

Years ago when Beanie Babies were all the rave, Ty Warner (owner) was building a new corporate office. One if the guys still working there after the office employees moved in noticed a few screams coming from different areas of the building. The office manager had just finished passing out the Christmas bonuses. Whatever the employee made that year while woking at Ty, they got that amount as a bonus esentially doubling their income for that year. I heard he (Ty) even added more to the check to make up for the taxes that would be taken out.
